Shipping and handling charges are deteremined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order before any deductions and is not subject to special offers. All orders are subject to verification, we reserves the rights to finalize the shipping and handling charge for each order.

  • FREE SHIPPING orders are shipped via standard air mail service (mail tracking service will NOT be available with this shipping option)
  • Please expect 7 to 24 days for delivery, shipping time varies upon your chosen destination.
  • Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

• Express Delivery
  • If you are in a little bit of a hurry, you can choose to have your order sent via EXPRESS SERVICE
  • Express order will be shipped via Express Mail Service service
  • A tracking number and a link will be provided to you once your order is shipped via the post office EMS service
  • Please expect 3 to 5 business days for delivery

Custom and Import Duties

• Your packages may be subject to VAT, customs fees and/or import taxes of the country to which you have your order shipped.
• OoshOosh.com ships your package "Duties and Taxes UNPAID". We do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear cusotms.These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
• For further information regarding your country's custom policties, please contact your local customs office.

Returns Policy

• We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.
• Refunds for items returned within fourteen days after the purchase date will be in the same form as the original payment type.
• Refunds for items returned more than fourteen days after the purchase date will in be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purhcase.
• In general, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee for any returns except when agreed upon by our customer service representative. Please send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the appropriate address provided by our customer service representative. You will be charged a return fee of $5 or the original postage cost (for products originally shipped via free shipping), whichever higher, upon receipt of your return.
• A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return. Depending on your mail courier, it may take up to 1 month for the shipping and processing of your returned order.
• All sale of discount items are final. Refund will only be made in the form of store credit for discount items purchased.
